What to expect during an appointment:
Privacy:
Your appointment is a one hour private appointment with just you, your family, &/or interpreter/case manager, and our two personal stylists. You must be present to receive any clothing or hygiene items…your family members, case managers, or anyone else cannot shop for you without you present.
12 Clothing items:
You can choose up to 12 clothing items including a new pair of shoes. Please choose a variety of items. Anything new (with tags), Vans, or Nike brands limit to 2. Also, please try on any jeans or shoes that you plan to take.
Accessories & Hygiene products:
In addition to the clothing items we also have accessories & hygiene products. Feel free to take some of those items as well if needed…limit to 3.
Parents of teen shoppers:
We have a small area for you. Help yourself to 2-3 items from this area only. Please make sure that you have made your selections & leave the area for the next appointment 20 min before the hour.
